Reservation & Stay Policies

Reservation & Payment
● Reservations made via the official website or by phone require a deposit of 30% of the total room charge to secure the room and promotional rate.
● Accepted on-site payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, LINE Pay.
● THSR Hotel Package: Exclusive to official website bookings. Enjoy discounted High-Speed Rail tickets starting from 22% off (please refer to ticketing regulations Q&A).
● Room packages, weekday/holiday definitions, and related terms are subject to hotel announcements. The hotel reserves the right of final interpretation.

Reservation Changes & Cancellation
● Date change (online booking): Please contact the Reservation Center for assistance.

● Cancellation (online booking): Please cancel directly via the online system. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the standard tourism contract regulations:
14 days prior: 100% refund
10–13 days prior: 70%
7–9 days prior: 50%
4–6 days prior: 40%
2–3 days prior: 30%
1 day prior: 20%
Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund
● Bookings with THSR tickets: Due to system linkage, date changes are not supported. Please rebook with the correct dates first, then cancel the original booking. Kindly contact the hotel by phone or email to request a full refund of the original deposit.

Check-in & Check-out
● Check-in: After 16:00
● Check-out: Before 11:00
● Breakfast: 06:30 – 10:00, Chinese & Western buffet
● A valid ID or passport is required at check-in.
● Guests under 18 staying alone must provide a guardian consent form and identification.
● Complimentary parking is available at contracted parking lots, subject to availability. No reservations accepted.

Room Facilities & Policies
● Complimentary Wi-Fi available in all guest rooms.
● Water dispensers are available on each floor.
● Housekeeping for staying guests is provided before 16:00. Please use the door sign if cleaning is not required.
● Baby amenities are available in limited quantities; advance reservation is recommended.
● The hotel is 100% non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco. Violators will be fined up to NT$10,000, plus a NT$5,000 cleaning fee.
● In line with environmental policies, disposable amenities are not provided by default. A set is available at the front desk for NT$50.
● Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or removal of room items.
● Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs or service animals.
